She earned her Master's in Public Health with a focus on Maternal and Child Health in 2005 and returned to the Bay Area to work in women’s health. At the Packard Foundation, she researched reproductive health programs globally while volunteering as a birth doula and earning her certification in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Lindsey discovered Depth Hypnosis during her first pregnancy in 2009, becoming a certified practitioner two years later. She began to study CranioSacral therapy during the pandemic when she saw how effective it is at releasing trauma and bringing balance and ease to the body. Over the past decade, she has also studied Shamanism, Buddhist Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Energy Medicine, and Healing Gemstones.
